Tomorrowland 2023

Tomorrowland’s “Ascendo” main stage is a true masterpiece, meticulously crafted from the ground up, embodying the festival’s commitment to delivering a world-class experience. This year’s edition, taking place in Boom, Belgium, showcases a larger-than-life structure, standing 43 meters high and stretching 160 meters wide.

Local artisans brought this stunning creation to life, infusing it with over 1,500 video tiles, 1,000 lamps, 230 speakers and subs, 30 lasers, 48 fountains, and 15 waterfall pumps, as revealed in a press release. An impressive testament to their craftsmanship, it took a remarkable 50 days to construct the main stage.

Throughout the festival’s duration, 60 talented performers will grace this magnificent stage, offering an unforgettable spectacle for attendees. As tradition dictates, Tomorrowland’s main stage was “100% crafted in house” by their renowned creative team. From the initial idea sketches to mood boards, concept drawings, 3D modeling, and graphical assets, every detail was meticulously designed and brought to life by this visionary team.

The evolution of Tomorrowland is awe-inspiring, starting humbly in 2005 with around 10,000 attendees, mainly locals, and a small main stage featuring notable artists such as Armin van Buuren, Coone, and Technoboy. Today, the festival has grown exponentially, hosting 600 artists across 14 stages over two spectacular weekends.

With the 2022 event attracting over 600,000 enthusiastic festival-goers from all corners of the globe, Tomorrowland has become a global phenomenon, uniting dance music lovers and fostering a vibrant, diverse community.

The first weekend of Tomorrowland 2023 has already begun, running from July 21 to July 23, with the second weekend set to start on July 28 and conclude on July 30.
